As much as I’ve become more gentle with my skin, this girl loves a little scrub-a-dub action at night. Especially after removing makeup, SPF and the daily gunk, using an enzyme and/or physical exfoliant makes my skin feel renewed. Here’s what I’ve been loving.
🌟 Alumier MD Lotus Scrub $42 - mildly exfoliating with lotus seed powder, a biodegradable scrub that gently resurfaces. Think of it as St. Ives’ older sister.
🌟 Avon Anew Isa Knox Microderm Polish $25 - an almost sandy texture with diamond powder that polished the skin and provides a plump look. SHOP USA HERE
🌟 Neostrata Glycolic Microdermabrasion Correct Scrub $85 - a true physical and chemical exfoliation treatment that provides smoothness and increased radiance with weekly use.
🌟 Swissline Skincare Force Vitale Scrub $87 - a luxurious cleansing scrub that foams up and smells of watermelon gummies. A delight to use in the shower!
🌟 Mary Kay Timewise Scrub $30 - achieve the polishing effects of a microderm treatment with this this paste-like scrub that provides great tone and texture with repeated use.
🌟 Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Powder $82 - a cult classic, this rice-based enzyme powder is a dry product that works wonderfully for travel. It can be mixed with a gentle cleanser and provides physical and enzymatic exfoliation. Good for sensitive skin.
🌟 Good Molecules Pinapple Enzyme Powder $25 - a lovely fruit enzyme exfoliant that isn’t too harsh! This fine powder bubbles up to an intense yet gentle exfoliation that takes a bit of elbow grease, but leaves your skin fresh and glowy.
What’s your favourite way to exfoliate?
