Treat Yourself with Avon | Glimmerkiss Liquid Lipstick and Peony Rosé Fragrance

Now that we're "getting used to" isolation and spending time at home, I think May is the perfect time to start thinking of gifts both for mamas (Hi, Mother's Day!) and for ourselves. The sun is peeking out, short sleeves are becoming a reality, and flowers are blooming. Today I wanted to share some glorious fragrances and flirty lipsticks that you can wear all spring to feel a lil' extra fancy.

Avon Flourish Peony Rosé Eau de Parfum Spray $22 (on sale!)

Indulge in the essence of lush, glistening blooms in the early morning light with a fresh blend of watery florals, dewy peony petals, pink currant and sheer musk. 50 ml. Apply to one or two pulse points: neck, wrists, inner elbows or behind the knees.
Rich in a body of fresh peonies, berries and general sweet summer warmth, this fragrance isn't shy. I pick up on the warm sweetness mixed with florals, so this will be a great option for evening as well as day.

Avon Flourish Honey Blossom Eau de Parfum Spray $22

I've had a serious crush on Honey Blossom ever since first whiff. Apple, vanilla orchid and honeysuckle nectar are a match made in heaven for my spritz of daily freshness. This one will be a winner for those who want a lighter, cheerier mist whereas Peony Rosé brings a bit more drama.

AVON Glimmerkiss Liquid Lipstick $14

The Dorothy Red Shoes of lipstick, these Glimmerkiss lipsticks are stage-ready. The gel-cream formula is weightless and water-resistant. Wear alone or as a topper in the centre of the lips to add depth and a gem-like finish. They're packed with long-lasting glitter and come with the most amazing applicator:

I've worn the glittering red Ruby shade a few times now and adore the look. Sand Opal will be really fun for summertime (Hi, Osheaga... I was really looking forward to you.)

These are more of a special occasion item for me, and would be amazing for girls and boys who do dance or theatre. The glitter effect and general pigment will start to wear off when eating and drinking, but you can surely rely on the lasting power of Avon's liquid lipstick. They WON'T smudge! Not only that, but my lips never feel dried out while using these either.
