It's so important to try our best to live "normally" while staying home, replacing obsessive scrolling and news consumption with calling friends and family. I just led my first Look Good Feel Better workshop live tonight, teaching ladies across Canada how to craft a skincare and makeup routine to help mitigate the side effects of cancer treatment. These projects and distractions are reminding me of my many blessings and how we can get through this challenging time together. You know what else helps? A bubble bath, and a swipe of really good lipstick. Or 50!
Avon has this amazing Limited Edition "So Many Kisses" set of 50 mini lipsticks that is ideal for a beauty fanatic like me. There are 10 shades, and 5 of each ($50 for the set). I split these up into little baggies which I've gifted to my sisters and mom. I also keep a set in my travel makeup bag because what's more perfect than having 10 different lippies to choose from on vacay?! It's fantastic. Not to mention how the pigmentation, texture and moisture levels of these babies are top notch, like all Avon lipsticks that I love. The rose gold tin is stunning too, I keep it beside my bed to hold my lip balms and hand cream.
I need to start taking more bubble baths, they're the perfect way to wind down before bed. This Senses Strawberries & Cream Bubble Bath is so nostalgic of being little, the scent is delicious and it foams up like crazy. It's not sweet or sickening though, just the perfect fruity fragrance to make you smile. Paired with the Loves Me, Loves Me a Lot dissolving soap Bath Petals, it's literally a dream come true.
