I've already fell in love with AVON nail polish, lipstick and eyeliner, so it's about time I try some more from them! Today I'm focusing on some fabulous summer-themed items including Tinted Moisturizer, Mascara and Cream Highlighter.
The Magix Tint Brightening Tinted Moisturizer ($15) comes in 6 shades and is a very lovely consistency. For $12 CAD regular price, this is a great option for a wide range of skin tones. I tried Light and Medium, both of which are too dark for me. That being said, I can use a bit of Light when I'm self-tanning this summer, and Medium works great as a cream contour.

The Avon Wash-Off Waterproof Mascara ($10) is very easy to use and the brush reminds me of Maybelline Great Lash! So you can apparently swim, shower and play sports with this mascara, and it will stay on! Then it washes off easily with soap and water - which it did. I found that it gave nice definition and layered well, but it was quite subtle overall. Also, the product tended to flake and irritate my eyes closer to the end of the day. If you're looking for a simple waterproof mascara that does come off well, look to this one!

Avon's True Color Illuminating Stick ($14) in the shade Champagne was a massive hit for me. I love the creamy, weightless texture and simply stunning glow factor. Use it to lift brows, brighten eyes and highlight cupid's bow for a dewy effect that's perfect for dry or mature skin. It has a luminous pearlescent finish formulated with mango seed and cocoa butter to create that cream-to-powder formula that'll lock in moisture, blend easily and melt into the skin.
