I'm all about incorporating inexpensive makeup items into my routine to spruce things up during the holidays. This year I indulged in some fabulous and bold products from Avon. Gel Finish polish, True Color liners and Iconic Lipstick - you won't be disappointed with these!
1. Wear fun, long-lasting lipstick
Right from the moment I opened the box, I've been in love with my Avon Iconic Lipsticks. At only $12 each, these lipsticks are in extremely luxurious and fun packaging, with high-pigment colours to boot.
How cute is this vintage packaging? It reminds me of all the old, charming products I find in the cupboards at my Grandmother's house. She is the queen of red lippie, so it's only fitting.

2. Throw on some sparkly eye liner
Next up are the Avon True Color Always On Point Eyeliner. For $10 each these liners blew me out of the water. Rich pigmentation, super fun shades and precise application. I found the wear-time to be good too. The black was very intense, so worth the price. |

3. Do a statement at-home manicure with gel-finish polish
The Avon Gel Finish 7-in-1 Nail Enamel was surprisingly nice to apply as well, with smooth pigmentation and a quick-drying finish. The price is $9 each and I'm wearing Purplicious and Glimmer. I would only wear Glimmer on it's own or over a light nude base, since it's more of a sheer glitter that does not block out the colour underneath. It turned a little bit silver-y over top of Purplicious.
4. Accessorize!
Finally, Avon has some amazing jewellery items that always blow me away. These crawler earrings are so cute and comfortable.
